The configmap referenced **************** without a default, so Spring's placeholder resolver threw before reaching the Java-level **************** which already treats the value as optional. KamoLOS startup failed even though the Stripe Connect webhook is not used by the current personal-loans flow. Adding the :}-empty default in configmap.yaml lets the service boot; the secret value can be added to the stripe-credentials K8s secret later when Stripe Connect webhooks are configured.
