PlatformOrgRow carries the two facets separately: entitlement (inbound subs targeting the org -- what governs it) and billing held (accounts the org owns -- non-zero only for the platform org and resellers). Aggregates describe the whole filtered set, not the page, so the KPI strip does not change meaning as the operator pages. Every driver value is coerced through Number/Boolean rather than cast: a coalesce(...,0) that matches no rows returns Integer where the same column with rows returns Long, which would pass in dev and throw in prod. Money crosses the wire as a decimal string.
