Directory status filter adopts the Chats sub-tab treatment

The All/Online/Offline control was a pill segmented toggle while the Chats pane directly below used underline sub-tabs, so the two panes filtered their content with two different visual languages. It is now the same fullWidth MUI Tabs with the primary underline indicator, 36px rows, 0.75rem/600 sentence-case labels and the same hairline underneath.
