URI handler that creates a conversation in a RUNNING window and pre-fills the input, which is the only way to reach the editor sage already has open instead of starting a second one beside it. The URI carries a prompt and nothing else, so model and effort go through coderProcessWrapper — a wrapper that maps a validated enum to fixed flags and never takes argv from the file, so a forged file can choose a different model and nothing more. The URI pre-fills but does not submit, so submission is a synthetic Return and the agent then waits for a transcript before reporting success. The needle it looks for is JSON-escaped: transcripts are JSONL, and searching for raw newlines would mark every delivered message as failed.
