Follows the shared-library change unmapping the field. Nothing in the deployed path now touches a column that KamoInitializer has not yet created. The index-backed listing keeps every other field and stays disabled, because reporting answered = false for every row would tell members they had never replied to mail they had replied to. Enabling it needs the migration run and the field read back, in that order, and the class says so where someone reaching for the flag will see it.
