**************** unconditionally overwrote PhoneExtension.assignedMemberId with whatever the provider returned. FreePBX (and any provider that doesn't track which Kamo member owns an extension) returns assignedMemberId=null on listExtensions(), so a refresh=true call or a sync would silently clear every member's assignment. Skip the overwrite when the incoming dto.assignedMemberId is null. Also picks up the kamo-shared-library change that serializes ExtensionDto.assignedMemberId as a string so the frontend's already-string type checks compare correctly across the wire.
