Draw the callback markers as soon as the summary loads

The summary lands after the grid has drawn its rows, and AG Grid keeps the cellRenderer a column was built with and only re-creates a cell when its row changes. The renderer had closed over an empty summary, so the markers stayed hidden until something else rebuilt the rows — clicking a filter, in practice. Read the summary through a ref that cannot go stale, and repaint the contact column when it arrives.
