Five-minute tick against EmailService's internal sweep endpoint, mirroring VoipGlobalSyncJob. The schedule lives here because EmailService runs several pods and a @Scheduled bean there would have every replica sweeping every mailbox at once. @DisallowConcurrentExecution plus finite HTTP timeouts: a sweep over every mailbox can exceed the tick, and without the guard Quartz would stack runs until every worker thread sat inside EmailService. The timeouts matter for the same reason — with the concurrency guard in place, one indefinitely-hung call would stop the sweep from ever running again until the pod restarted.
