Drop the /api/settings forward, which pointed at nothing

EmailService serves the sync-integration controller at **************** not /api/settings/integrations — so that forward reached a path the service does not map and returned 404 either way. The /api/email wildcard above already carries it. Worth recording: kamo-internal's own BFF route at app/api/settings/integrations forwards to /api/settings/integrations too, so its Manage Sources dialog cannot reach the service either. Copying that path is how the phone inherited the same 404.
