The Established-time dump always shows receivers with muted=true because DTLS handshake and SRTP keying haven't completed yet. To diagnose "call connects but no audio", we need data from the steady state — 5 s in we should know whether media is actually flowing on the selected ICE pair. Adds: - 5-second-delayed re-dump capturing senders/receivers + getStats (selected candidate pair, inbound/outbound bytes for the audio rtp). - oniceconnectionstatechange and onconnectionstatechange beacons for ALL transitions (not just failure ones) so we can trace the full timeline of ICE/DTLS negotiation.
