- k8s configmap (the actual production config): lower security/hikari logging from INFO/DEBUG to WARN, add HikariCP pool config (max 20) - KSessionService: strip ~60 System.out.println calls that fired on every request including string concatenation of 128-char session keys; make sliding-expiration TTL refresh async so it no longer blocks the request path - Enable @EnableAsync on application to support async TTL refresh - Remove constructor printlns from MediaController
