The sanitizer already sets target="_blank" on every link, but the document-level click handler in NavigationInterceptor was firing for every link click — including target="_blank" ones — and flipping the global loading overlay on. The current tab never navigates, so the overlay never clears, hiding the new tab behind a stuck loading screen. NavigationInterceptor now mirrors useNavigationLoading's filters (target/origin/scheme/modifier checks), and SanitizedEmailRenderer intercepts link clicks directly so email links always open via window.open regardless of any other listener in the document.
