- JSON_SECRET_KEY (optional) on guacamole from the shared desktop-sso secret enables the bundled guacamole-auth-json extension the god-SSO links validate against. - kamo-branding extension (title=KamoDesktop, kamocrm logo + favicon) built from desktop/guacamole/branding/ into a .jar, shipped as a binary configmap and seeded into GUACAMOLE_HOME via an initContainer. - CI creates the shared signing key in both namespaces (desktop-sso for guacamole, guac-sso for SecurityService) from the GUAC_SIGNING_KEY secret; never committed.
