Expand JPA repository scan to include commerce package

The new kamo-shared-library brings in **************** which requires **************** (in com.kamo.z.shared.commerce). MediaService only scanned donotmodify.dao.repos, so the bean was missing and the application failed to start. Mirror the broader scan that SecurityService uses.
