Expose the user-account email on your own member profile

The profile's Personal Email Notifications card has to name the address missed-message notices actually reach, and that address is the user account's — not the `email` field beside it, which is the mailbox this organization assigned the member. Returned only when the session is reading its own member row. A personal address is not something an admin should collect off a colleague's profile, and no other caller has a reason to want it.
