ConversionService can native-crash (libwebp-imageio SIGSEGV) or be unavailable, which made every member wallpaper upload fail ("Failed to process image" -> 500). Now, if resizeBackground throws, store the original bytes with their own extension/content-type instead of failing the upload. Uploads succeed regardless of ConversionService health (unresized, but usable).
