Bergamot was returning the source text unchanged for single-word nav items, acronym phrases (API, CRM), and compound words (Change Log) while reporting success (fallback=0). The router now treats same-value results as a signal to try the next provider (e.g. LibreTranslate). Also fixes fallbackCount in batchTranslate to accurately count keys where the translation equals the source, so callers can detect untranslated content.
