The popup now triggers on the rising edge of (a credit lead is acceptable) AND (nav-top status is Available) — so it fires both when a lead is already waiting as you load the page / flip your status back to Available, not only when a brand-new lead drops. Gated on a new myStatusLoaded flag from the availability hook so the initial 'AVAILABLE' default (before /members/me/availability resolves on refresh) can't misfire when you're actually BUSY/AWAY/DND. Dismiss (Not Now) resets whenever the condition drops, so coming back to Available re-alerts. Also removed the flame animation along the bottom of the popup.
