- Fixed CHECK constraint on support_ticket.status to allow ordinal 14 - Redesigned TicketCreationForm with modern card-based UI: - "How can we help?" landing with topic selector - "Chat with Support" card (primary, highlighted) — starts pre-ticket - "Submit a Ticket" card — opens full form with title/description - Back button to return to chooser from ticket form - Both paths allow chatting with the assigned agent
