Root cause: materials store assocObjectId as the org id, which round-trips through a JS number on the write path (precision loss >2^53), so reads with the precise id never matched the stored lossy value — folders (and the img list) came back empty. Normalize the org id to the same lossy form on read via orgAssocId() so create/list agree. Also: new materials now default to Team-Members-Only visibility (accessLevel 2), and the visibility control uses the org's custom Team-Member label (behavior-labeling) instead of a hardcoded 'Team Members'.
