Forward raw JSON responses in notes API routes to preserve ID precision

CockroachDB unique_rowid() IDs exceed JavaScript's MAX_SAFE_INTEGER. The previous response.json() + NextResponse.json() round-trip caused JSON.parse to convert string IDs to numbers, losing precision (e.g. 1160515565614497798 became 1160515565614497800). Now forwards the raw response text to preserve exact ID values from the backend.
