Pins the ImgDat blob id and its SHA-256, not just imgId — a Docs save repoints the same Img at new bytes, so imgId alone would let two members sign different documents under identical ids. Snapshots the design too, so execution never depends on resolveDesignJson's fall-back to the newest layout.
