BorrowerScenarioProfileService and ProductDiscoveryGate are shared-lib @Component/@Service beans that inject **************** / mlos.config repos. With blanket @ComponentScan("com.kamo") but selective @EnableJpaRepositories, any service that scans them but does NOT register the mlos.intake repo package fails context startup with NoSuchBeanDefinition (e.g. EmailService crashed: 'Parameter 0 of constructor in BorrowerScenarioProfileService required a bean of type **************** that could not be found'). Gate both on **************** havingValue=true, matchIfMissing=false) — default OFF. Only SecurityService and MLOSDocService (which register the mlos.intake repos) opt in via config.
