Add **************** as the single source of truth for the "only ACTIVE members may sign in or appear as a live participant" invariant: base members must be record-active; a TeamMember must additionally have teamMembershipStatus == ACTIVE (pre-hire and off-boarded staff excluded). Use the predicate to close two root-cause gaps that live in shared-lib: - Boot rights self-heal (MemberRightsAppliedService) no longer re-grants member_rights_applied to non-ACTIVE team members — it was silently re-arming every right-gated surface (support round-robin, lead pools) for ex-employees on each KamoInitializer run. - Credit/FFA lead accept (CreditLeadAssignmentService) rejects a non-ACTIVE member with a new AcceptStatus.NOT_ACTIVE, independent of the login gate.
