The settings UI has always fetched this path, but only POST/PUT/DELETE were mapped, so the Availability Slots tab got a 405 and rendered empty. Unlike /slots/available this returns every active slot on the type without filtering by advance-booking notice or child-org restrictions — an admin needs to see the slots they configured, including ones nobody can currently book. Restrictions ride along in each slot's childOrgRestrictions, so this also replaces the /slots/restrictions read the UI was attempting.
