Every chat box in a tool window locks itself while a message goes out — the input carries `disabled` so nothing typed mid-flight is discarded when the draft resets, and the send button greys out the moment the box empties. The browser blurs whatever it just disabled, and nothing handed the focus back, so sending a message cost the member a click before they could type the next one. useComposerFocus takes the caret back on the render that re-enables the input — not immediately, since focusing a still-disabled element is a no-op and the composers clear their locks at different moments. It decoders focus that has moved on: a member who clicked into another field while a slow upload was on the wire keeps their place there. Wired into the member chat composer (which also serves the support ticket and social windows through SessionComposer), the AI chat input and the SMS tab.
