A public web-chat visitor has no Member, so the platform stands the org's SYSTEM member in for them: the ticket's requestor, and the author of every message they send. That member is the org owner, who is normally the person working the support queue — so every consumer that asks "is this me?" against the placeholder got the wrong answer for exactly the one person watching. SupportTicketDTO.isPublicChat lets a client tell the placeholder from a person before it reads requestorId as one. **************** is the timestamp-keyed twin of countAllInSessionAfter, for the paged chat list, whose "not written by me" count returned zero for every marketing chat.
