Maps opaque Microsoft Graph message ids to stable synthetic numeric UIDs per mailbox, so Graph mailboxes flow through the existing numeric-uid mail contract (controllers, thread/search/label metadata, frontend) with no changes. The synthetic uid is a 52-bit hash kept within JS safe-integer range; a race-safe ON CONFLICT upsert handles concurrent first-sight. Additive table **************** — created by KI, no data migration.
