sameBinderScope alone can't tell two in-flight requests for the SAME scope apart (A -> B -> A), so a slower older request could still overwrite a newer one. Track the latest request with a monotonic generation counter instead, and stop widening **************** to accept a raw number — assocObjectId carries unique_rowid() ids that must stay strings.
