12 tasks across kamo-shared-library, KamoInitializerService, SecurityService, MediaService, VOIPService, kamo-internal and the translation dictionary. Ordering is load-bearing and encoded in the plan: KI runs by hand before the SecurityService deploy (KI has no CI, so pushing it ships nothing), and the dictionary lands before kamo-internal (messages/ is gitignored and CI clones the dictionary unpinned at image-build time).
