Tables come from ddl-auto; this runner supplies only what Hibernate cannot -- the partial unique indexes on one open primary assignment and one open pay-rate window, and the REVOKE that is the database half of append-only. @Order(0) so it lands before any later runner's JPA SELECT, with a 40001 retry because Yugabyte does online schema change and a statement issued while ddl-auto is still settling loses the race. Registers com.kamo.z.shared.hr.timecard in @EnableJpaRepositories -- that list is an explicit array while @EntityScan is wildcard, and omitting a package aborts the context so NO runner runs while the build still reports success.
