Ids cross as strings (unique_rowid exceeds MAX_SAFE_INTEGER). Binder order is the list order, de-duplicated, and a non-numeric entry 400s rather than being skipped — silent skipping is how a reorder loses a binder. Empty audience lists collapse to a sentinel so the OR'd IN clauses in findAudience stay valid SQL.
