The section gate and the settings menu topic still asked useUserInfo's hasPlatformAdminAccess, which is owner-of-the-top-level-org or an open god-mode window and nothing else — so somebody granted platform rights in the new console saw no Platform Administration at all, and the feature only worked for the two people who never needed it. They now ask the server's answer: "holds at least one platform right". Owners and god mode resolve to every right, so that is a strict superset and nobody loses access. The settings landing also never filtered its platform cards on `condition`, the way all eleven other gated sections do, so every card rendered for anyone who could see the section whatever right it needs.
