The Scheduled Webinars tab gains an "Additionally Notified" section beside the list of webinar types. The team members chosen there get a blind copy of every automated email sent to a presenter (new booking, attendee joined or cancelled, session cancelled, reminder) for all of the organization's webinars. It reads and replaces the list through /api/webinar/notify-members, picks people with the same multi-select directory picker the Presenters tab uses, and saves explicitly with an unsaved-changes hint and a saved confirmation. A 403 hides the section, a failed load offers a retry rather than an empty list, a refused save shows the server's reason, and another admin's change arrives live over the webinar org-change topic.
