The invitation subject was fixed at "<host> from <org> invited you to a meeting" and built inside the send route, so nobody could say what the meeting was actually about. The dialog now pre-fills an editable subject field with that same default — resolved by the route so what is shown is exactly what would be sent — and passes the result through to the send path. The route sanitises what comes back: CR/LF fold to spaces (a newline in a subject is header injection) and a blank field falls back to the default rather than sending an empty subject line.
