Load countries from CountryType enum, add flag icons to geo-blocking

Countries route now proxies to /api/security/countries (CountryType enum) instead of **************** (empty GeoLite table). Adds react-world-flags for country flag display in the Autocomplete dropdown and blocked countries table.
