- Root cause of empty chat history on long-lived tabs: media proxy routes forwarded only the *** cookie (lapses ~30min) instead of the per-tab X-***-Token; move all media routes onto buildForwardHeaders (OTK path). - ChatBox retries once after a session refresh on a failed history load and shows a Retry affordance instead of a silent blank pane. - Remove the now-removed 'include message preview' notification toggle.
