Loan.engagementUid → Long + originatingOrderUid

Engagement extends BaseEntity (Long PK) so engagementUid must be Long, not UUID — this is consistent with the existing AgreementDTO / WorkOrderDTO pattern of "Long engagementUid". Commitment stays UUID (BaseUuidEntity). Also adds originatingOrderUid (Long) for the first-cycle commerce Order created during offer acceptance. No schema impact since the loan_* tables haven't been created yet (waiting on KamoInitializerService run).
