Make timer truly live with constant recalculation and stabilize hover area

- Timer now recalculates on every render (truly live, no lag) - State updates trigger re-renders at smart intervals (1s to 1hr) - Fixed glitchy hover by adding minWidth to prevent layout shift - Container has stable width so hover area doesn't jump - Text transitions smoothly without affecting layout - Icon has flexShrink: 0 to prevent squishing - Both tooltip and main text update simultaneously in real-time
