Classic mode now loads shared mailbox messages via the correct /messages/{folder} endpoint (was calling the non-existent /conversations endpoint). Fetching a full message for a shared mailbox routes through mailboxApi.getSharedMessage instead of the personal IMAP path. Mark-as-read in handleMessageSelect now branches on mailbox type: shared → setSharedMessageFlags (new shared mailbox flags endpoint), member-mailbox → personal flags endpoint with ?mailboxId= query param, personal → personal flags endpoint unchanged.
