Master Machine SSO uses a VNC connection, not RDP

guacd cannot render KRdp's H.264-only RDP GFX. buildAutoConnectUrl now mints a vncConnection() for Master Machine (192.168.4.46:5900, shared password). Linux/Windows RDP connections unchanged.
