New MEETING_RECORDINGS table (org, meeting ref, room, MinIO bucket/object key, size, duration, captured/expiry timestamps, summary status) — the parent record for a finished Jibri recording file, driving retention/quota and post-meeting summary processing. Table is created on the next KamoInitializer run.
