Every edit-style autosave (name fields, employment, assets, liabilities, REO, declarations, military, HMDA demographics, originator) used to issue a full mortgageAppsApi.get() after the patch returned, doubling the round-trip per debounced keystroke. New appMutators.ts holds pure functions that merge each patch's response into the AppMortgageDTO graph; sections call those instead of refetching. Add/delete-row paths still refresh because the graph shape genuinely changes.
