The previous commit added an `outputs:` key to a job that already had one. Forgejo's parser rejects a duplicate mapping key and skips the workflow entirely, so the push produced NO run at all — not a failed one, nothing. The repository simply stopped building, and the only symptom was silence. Worth stating because the tool used to check the file is what let it through: yaml.safe_load accepts duplicate keys and keeps the last, so the file validated cleanly while being unloadable by the thing that actually runs it. The check now used rejects duplicates, which is the only kind of validation worth running on this file.
