Migrate stale ringtone IDs to default on load

If a user's saved AV preferences reference a ringtone that no longer exists in the catalogue (e.g. 'classic' from before the catalogue was trimmed), the Ringtones tab rendered with nothing selected and the softphone effectively had no ringtone. getAVSettings now validates the saved ringtone against RINGTONE_CATALOG and falls back to 'default' when it's stale.
