SchemaCleanupRunner: ADD CONSTRAINT **************** CHECK ((amortization_type = 'ARM') = (arm_fixed_period_months IS NOT NULL)) — a fixed period is declared IFF the product is an ARM (doc 02 §6.6). `= … IS NOT NULL` shape (not a bare enum IN-list) survives the generic enum-whitelist CHECK sweep. Catalog repo pkg already registered in Slice 1.
