The 6th MORTGAGE config tab: NMLS/state/agency/investor licensing entries with effective/expiry dates and a server-computed effective-today chip (status is never stored). Add via an inline row, remove via the trash action (hard delete server-side; to retire without deleting, set expiry to the past). configTypes LicensingView/ LicensingRequest + LICENSE_TYPES + licenseTypeLabel; configApi list/create/update/ removeLicensing; registered as tab 'licensing' before the always-on agreements tab. English strings ship via the translation-dictionary repo. tsc clean.
