Exposes the LOS pipeline backend under /api/security/mortgage-apps: - GET /pipeline — kanban summary - GET /{uid}/pipeline — full snapshot - POST /{uid}/transitions — perform a transition - GET /{uid}/conditions — list - POST /{uid}/conditions — add - PATCH /{uid}/conditions/{id} — edit - POST /{uid}/conditions/{id}/clear — mark cleared - POST /{uid}/conditions/{id}/waive — mark waived (LOS_UNDERWRITE_LOAN) - DELETE /{uid}/conditions/{id} — delete (open only) - GET /condition-templates — list - POST /condition-templates — create - PATCH /condition-templates/{id} — update - DELETE /condition-templates/{id} — soft-delete Right checks use the standard session-rights pattern with the new LOS_* RoleRightType entries; god-eligibility honours the same sessionData.GD bypass as the rest of the controllers. The configmap gains the los-pipeline.* keys so ops can tune the dedicated NATS stream name and subject filter via env vars.
