Move jump-to-newest in with the toolbar's other actions

Search now owns the whole left track of the toolbar, because the empty part of that track is exactly the room the field opens into. The scroll-to-bottom control was sitting in it, so with the search collapsed to a glyph it was left stranded in the middle of the toolbar with air on both sides. It belongs with meet and add-member: things you do, right-aligned.
