The letterhead identifies the org, but a customer with a question about a price needs the person who owns the relationship. The quote now carries the lead's assigned agent — name, job title, work email and work phone. Work contact details only: a quote carries the agent's business identity, never a personal number that happens to sit on their member record. Job title prefers jobTitleOfficial, which is what the org chose to print, before the linked JobTitle. An unassigned lead, or an agent with nothing recorded, yields no block rather than a "Your contact" heading over blank space. Name resolution reuses **************** the same path LeadController already uses for the assigned loan officer, so the quote names the agent exactly as the rest of the lead view does.
